e-commerce for Department Publication

We've got a department that publishes a journal. They want to be able to accept on-line credit card payments for subscriptions to this journal. They do not currently accept credit cards, only checks. Does anyone have any experience doing this? I understand that the University has a program that could handle this sort of transaction, but I don't know what it's called.

I made the credit card payment form referenced in Chris' post, and which is linked from the Food Safety page. Drop me an e-mail and I'll explain the process.

It takes about two weeks to get all the approval and stuff, of course it may be longer because of Christmas.
Here is one site that I did for Extension where it is just a link to a portal. All that I have seen are done in a similar matter. OIT creates the portal, and you just link to it.
